We’ve just applied a fix and our systems are now reachable again. We will share a post-mortem as soon as possible.
We are currently seeing a high number of 5xx errors on our Core API and Support App. As a result, both may be unavailable at this time. We have identified the root cause and are working on a fix for this incident.
