Details: As part of our Linear integration work we merged a change in the Support App that contained an if condition which incorrectly returned early. This condition was added for a new Linear timeline entry which was feature flagged. The impact was that the following timeline entries were not shown in customer's timelines:
- Notes
- Customer assignment changes (e.g. Customer A was assigned from X to Y)
- Customer status transitions (e.g. Customer A is waiting for help)
- Custom timeline entries
No data was lost, this was a UI issue.
